Terry Musch 20081114_190Terry Musch is a leadership, career, and life purpose coach and consultant. Terry has over 20 years of corporate and individual experience leading, coaching and guiding people toward realizing their highest potential. From small companies to Fortune 100 organizations, from individuals and teams to executive leadership responsible for strategic decision-making authority, Terry is comfortable working with individuals, teams, and organizations. He has worked in aerospace, real estate finance, health care, small business, publishing, and telecommunications as well as with hundreds of individuals. Terry focuses on meeting the client where they are and co-creating a personal preferred future. Starting with the process of aligning personal talents with personal passion to solidify a sense of purpose and meaning, the initial process of unfolding begins. Coming to clarity around what a preferred future would look and feel like, creates a template to focus on purposeful action. This ensures balance within the process of both living in present fully, and creating the momentum to see this preferred future come to fruition. The development of personal measurements of success is also an integral part of Terry’s work to enable his client’s to have the visibility in realizing their deepest longings.  Terry has a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Washington, has done graduate work at UCLA in Systems Analysis, and worked closely with W.E. Deming and Bill Conway in implementing TQM and re-engineering at a large Southern California aerospace company. Terry has also given speeches at the National American Society of Training and Development and International Human Resources and Management conventions recently. His professional coaching certification is from The Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara.

Norma - headshot - March 2011Norma Nielsen is a transformational catalyst who facilitates change and growth within her clients through one-to-one coaching, training, and consultancy engagements. Raised in a multi-national environment, Norma grew up with a desire to travel and experience the world. She first studied travel and tourism; later she qualified as a Barrister, and was called to the Bars of England, Wales, and Bermuda. Norma has had the opportunity to live and work in Bermuda; Canada; England, and Switzerland in the public and private sectors in such diverse industries as horse-racing, hospitality, financial services, government, legal, retail, and theatre. From her professional and personal experience with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds Norma has developed a strong interest in what makes people ‘tick.’ Her curiosity and fascination with what makes people thrive, and what keeps them stuck, has been one of the driving forces behind her career. So much so that she opted to leave her position as in-house counsel for an international company to pursue this passion.

Currently, Norma runs her own training, coaching, and consultancy practice; with offices in Bermuda and the UK. She has also formed strategic partnerships with other professional coaches to deliver leadership development and coach training programs globally. Norma has both delivered keynote and presented on coaching in leadership and developing a coaching culture at the Kuwait Coaching Conference 2012 and 2013.

An accredited ICF coach, Norma holds a Diploma in Coaching from Coaching Development and is a certified NLP Practitioner (Performance Partnership), Career Coach (Firework Career Coaching) and Mentor Coach (Invite Change).  Certified in and adept with a variety of personality, 360 and strengths-based assessments, Norma brings and extensive set of tools to her leadership and business coaching clients. Norma is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF); adheres to the ICF’s Code of Ethics and maintains the strictest levels of confidentiality with all client and sponsor information.

As the Chief Talent Officer (CTO) for the Omnicom Group, Cynder led the strategic direction and management of Talent Management (including employee development, coaching, succession planning, diversity & inclusion and performance management), Human Resources, Employee Engagement, and Communications. As SVP Culture and Communications for a Fortune 50 bank, Cynder led Employee Engagement, Succession Planning & Coaching, Employee Communications, and Performance Management for 55,000 employees worldwide.  At Boeing, Cynder designed and implemented enterprise-wide leadership and team coaching, and culture change initiatives with global leaders and geographically dispersed teams. Recognized by Fortune Magazine in 2000 as a pioneer in organizational coaching, Cynder led the development of leadership and team coaching programs with Ernst & Young.

In the her book, LEADING HIGH IMPACT TEAMS: the Coach Approach to Peak Performance (2001), Cynder leveraged her twenty years of experience and developed a road map and training curriculum for starting, building, and sustaining high impact teams.  Having lived in the Middle East and Europe for more than 15 years and visiting more than 100 countries, Cynder brings an appreciation for diversity, a global perspective and a humanistic approach to her leadership coaching & consulting engagements.
