Meet The Coach

Vikki BrockIn 1994 Vikki G. Brock saw the need for coaches to assist people as companies transitioned to a more participative leadership style. She left The Boeing Company in 1995 to start VB Coaching & Consulting with the intent to provide premier coaching services to leadership. Being true to her Guiding Statements, Vikki has continued her quest for life-long learning and successfully partnered with companies, leaders and coaches to achieve desired results. Vikki has published articles pertaining to the coaching profession and authored a book on the history and emergence of coaching, and is creating an ICF accredited Coaching History training. Celebrating her 20 year anniversary as a business owner and coach, Vikki provides sessions face-to-face at client sites and by telephone from her 50’ sailboat named Cuidado, which is moored in Ventura Harbor about an hour north of Los Angeles. She and her dog Djanga enjoy the outdoor life of beach walking, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and occasional surfing.

International and United States based clients work with Vikki for a minimum of 6 months, averaging 12-18 months with some clients continuing for many years. Coaching monthly retainer fees start at US$1,000. Corporate and group work is priced by the project. Assessments such as Strengthscope, 360 degree feedback, Gallup’s Clifton StrengthsFinder, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) are priced separately.

As a client, what Vikki wants for you is to:

  • Have your critical needs met so you can get on with your life.
  • Be engaged in a life that has you jumping out of bed each morning.
  • Be happy and successful according to your own definition.
  • Build a reserve in all areas – time, money, love, energy, opportunity, etc.
  • Value yourself and your uniqueness.
  • Reach for what you want without being consumed in the process.

This is Vikki’s commitment to you:

When you become my client, my loyalty is to you – – and what we talk about is 100% confidential. The only way others will know you are working with a coach is by changes in your attitude, behavior, activity, results, and communication – – or if you share with them that you are working with me.
